1) Please ensure all item(s) are in perfect condition, with all their tags on. Place them in their original packaging. Fill out the Return Form and insert it in the package.

The money will be returned within 14 days to the customer's account specified in the return or complaint form. If payment was made using a payment card, the refund will be made to the same card. After the successful completion of the return or complaint procedure, L'ANOVA will send you an e-mail notification of the change in your order status to 'return'.
