This Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy of the Online Store (hereafter: "Policy") is made available solely for informational purposes, meaning it does not constitute a source of obligations for individuals visiting the Online Store. All terms written with a capital letter and not defined in this Policy have the meanings assigned to them in the Regulations of the Online Store. I. PURPOSE OF THE POLICY
The purpose of this Policy is to:
a) Present the rules for processing personal data by the Administrator in the Online Store (including the Mobile Application) and inform data subjects about the processing of their personal data based on Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016, on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereafter: "GDPR");
b) Explain your rights related to the processing of your personal data by the Administrator and methods of data security;
c) Inform about cookies used in the Online Store and the rules for their acceptance.
II. GENERAL PROVISIONS

- The Administrator ensures that personal data are processed lawfully, honestly, and transparently for the data subject. Mainly, the Administrator guarantees that:
a) personal data are processed lawfully, honestly, and transparently;
b) personal data are collected for specific, explicit, and legitimate purposes and are not further processed in a manner incompatible with those purposes;
c) personal data are adequate, relevant, and limited to what is necessary in relation to the purposes for which they are processed;
d) personal data are accurate and, if necessary, updated;
e) personal data are stored in a form that allows identification of the data subject for no longer than necessary;
f) personal data are processed securely, including protection against unauthorized or unlawful processing and against accidental loss, destruction, or damage, using appropriate technical or organizational measures.
4.Providing personal data is voluntary but necessary to achieve the purposes specified below in point III.
III. PURPOSES AND BASIS OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING
Your personal data may be processed for different purposes depending on the functionalities of the Online Store you use, especially to conclude and execute contracts with you, marketing activities, analytics or statistical purposes, improving service quality, or fulfilling legal obligations imposed on the Administrator. ONLINE STORE ACCOUNT / ELECTRONIC SERVICES
Personal data provided by you related to creating an Account in the Online Store, as well as other personal data obtained through your activity in the Store and use of Electronic Services, are mainly processed to enable you to register in the Store and to manage your Account and other available Electronic Services. The basis for data processing for this purpose is the performance of a contract for the provision of a service entered into with the Administrator – Article 6(1)(b) GDPR.

- Your personal data will be processed:
a) in connection with the creation of an Account or the use of other Electronic Services – for the duration of the Account's existence or the use of other Electronic Services;
b) in connection with placing an Order or concluding a Sales Agreement – for the period necessary to fulfill the Order and execute the concluded Sales Agreement, including settlement of the Order and the Sales Agreement, as well as the fulfillment of legal obligations related to the Agreement (e.g., accounting and tax obligations).
V. RECIPIENTS OF PERSONAL DATA
- The Administrator may share your personal data with third parties cooperating in the operation of the Online Store. These include entities providing technical services related to the operation of the Online Store, such as hosting or ICT services, carriers or agents delivering ordered Products, entities processing electronic or card payments, companies supporting customer communication and marketing campaigns, and providers of legal and advisory services.
Third parties to whom the Administrator shares personal data within the Online Store are obliged to apply appropriate measures to ensure the security and protection of your personal data.
VI. RIGHTS OF DATA SUBJECTS
The data subject has the right to:
a) access their personal data (including, in particular, to obtain information on what data is being processed);
b) request the rectification and restriction of the processing of personal data (e.g., in case of inaccuracies).

- The Administrator uses cookies (small text files) or files with similar functionality stored on your end device in connection with your use of the Online Store.
- Cookies ensure the proper functioning of the Online Store and the implementation of its basic functions. They may also be used to analyze the use of the Online Store, tailor it to your preferences, and present personalized advertising content.
VIII. FINAL PROVISIONS
- The Administrator reserves the right to amend the Policy – changes may occur for valid reasons, including, but not limited to:
a) changes in applicable laws, including those related to personal data protection, telecommunications law, electronic services law, or consumer rights that affect the rights and obligations of the Administrator or the user of the Online Store;
b) development of functionalities or electronic services resulting from advances in internet technologies, including the use/implementation of new technological or technical solutions that affect the scope of the Policy. - The Administrator will publish information about any changes to the Policy on the Online Store's website. Each change will be accompanied by the publication of the new version of the Policy with an updated date.
- Since the Online Store may display links to third-party websites not owned by the Administrator and for which the Administrator is not responsible, we encourage you to review the privacy policies published on those third-party websites.
- This version of the Policy is effective from July 1, 2025.
