Provided that you tick this option when placing an order and fill in all fields with the data required to issue a VAT invoice. The document will be attached to the shipment.

Yes, buy default within the European Union, UK and US. Other destination orders are upon request and are individually calculated.

The courier should re-delivery to the indicated address twice more. This option is guaranteed in the service we send our shipments. This, of course, does not involve any additional fees for the recipient.  

Please note that you can return the items only with the pre-printed return label provided for you with your order. L'ANOVA will not take responsibility for packages sent with other carriers.

If you want a free return:

1) Please ensure all item(s) are in perfect condition, with all their tags on. Place them in their original packaging. Fill out the Return Form and insert it in the package.

The money will be returned within 14 days to the customer's account specified in the return or complaint form. If payment was made using a payment card, the refund will be made to the same card. After the successful completion of the return or complaint procedure, L'ANOVA will send you an e-mail notification of the change in your order status to 'return'.
