Order Returns
The buyer has the right to withdraw from the sales contract without giving a reason within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of taking possession of the Goods by themselves or by a third party designated by the Buyer, who is not the carrier.
Return Conditions
Please ensure that the products are returned clean, unworn, and have all tags attached.
We recommend returning products in their original packaging to ensure necessary protection during transport. This will also minimize the environmental impact of the return process.
Upon receiving the package, we will check the condition of the items before proceeding with the refund. If the products are damaged, worn, or in an unsuitable condition, we reserve the right to deduct non-refundable costs for damages, servicing, or repairs.
Returns of Products Secured with a Seal
Due to the nature of our premium clothing and our commitment to hygiene and safety, selected products are shipped with a security seal.
A return is only possible if the security seal remains intact and in its original condition.
Products from which the seal has been removed, damaged, or cut are not eligible for return.
The security seal serves as a guarantee that the product has not been used or worn. Please keep it in place until you make a final decision to keep the product.
If the return is accepted and processed, you will receive a refund within 14 days.

1) Please note that we do not accept cash on delivery shipments.
2) You return the goods at your own expense. This cost is non-refundable.
Return Conditions
For the quality control to accept the return:
1) The product must be returned in its original packaging.
2) The product must be in its original condition, undamaged, unaltered, and unworn.
3) All original tags must be included.
4) A completed withdrawal form must be included in the package.

Products returned to the warehouse will be processed within 14 business days from their receipt.
Once the return is approved by our quality control team, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation.
If the return does not meet the specified conditions, the package will be sent back.
