How are Lanova garments made? Our journey from design to launch.

When we create Lanova, we always start with one question:
how should a woman feel when she puts it on?

This matters more than trends, seasons, or moments.
A garment has to work with her skin, her movement, her life. That’s why every product is made through a process where natural materials, durability, and all-day comfort come first.

Natural materials — because what touches your skin matters

Our clothes are designed with health and everyday comfort in mind. We carefully choose natural and semi-natural fabrics that let the skin breathe and don’t burden it with unnecessary chemicals.

Why is this so important?

• the skin is the body’s largest organ,
• everything we wear for many hours a day affects how we feel,
• natural fabrics breathe better, are gentler, and more body-friendly.

That’s why at Lanova we choose premium Italian fabrics and natural blends that are strong, durable, and at the same time soft and kind to the skin. It’s a conscious choice, not a coincidence.

Designing that starts with the woman, not the trend

Every Lanova piece is created with the idea that it should carry you through the entire day — from your morning coffee to your evening plans. We don’t create things that look good only in a photo. We create things that look good on you.

That’s why the design process always includes:

If something even slightly “pulls,” “presses,” or doesn’t behave well on the skin — we go back to the design. We don’t take shortcuts.

Prototypes and adjustments — until we feel that “this is it”

We never introduce a product after just one prototype. We often go through 4, 5, or even 7 versions before the cut starts to fall perfectly.

That’s why our clients say that our trousers “fit like they were tailor-made” — because before they appeared on the website, they were tested, modified, and refined many times on different body shapes.

We want you to be able to wear them not only beautifully, but comfortably.

Sewing in carefully selected ateliers

Production takes place in Polish workshops specializing in premium sewing.
Quality, not quantity, is what matters to us. We choose places where clothing doesn’t just “move along a production line” but is sewn with care.

Every product undergoes:

• hand finishing,
  
• premium pressing.

This is a process that cannot be rushed if quality is the priority — and for us, it is.
